    We understand plans change. Here is how cancellations work on Swipr.

    Customer Cancellations

    You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

    Provider Cancellations

    If a provider cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund and we will work to match you with another available professional as quickly as possible.

    No-Shows

    If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled time without notice, the full service fee may be charged. If a provider does not show up, you will receive a full refund.
