Swipr connects customers with professional service providers for home services including cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, painting, landscaping, pest control, appliance repair, and handyman services.
Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, password, profile photo, payment information, billing and shipping addresses.
Service Provider Information: Business name, license number, tax ID, background check authorization, liability insurance, professional certifications, bank account information.
Booking Information: Service requests, service location addresses, special instructions, photos, service history.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, IP address, browser type, mobile network information.
Location Information: Precise location (with permission) for service matching, service address locations.
Provide Our Services: Match customers with service providers, process bookings and payments, facilitate communication, send booking confirmations, enable GPS tracking, process refunds.
Safety and Security: Verify identities, conduct background checks, verify insurance and licenses, monitor for suspicious activity, enforce Terms of Service.
Improve Our Services: Analyze usage patterns, develop new features, personalize your experience, conduct research.

Retention: Active accounts - as long as active. Inactive accounts - up to 3 years. Transaction records - 7 years (tax/legal). Deleted accounts - 30 days then permanently deleted.
